Filter / Pour-Over (V60, Kalita, Chemex)

Dose: 18–20g

Water: 280–320g

Grind: Medium

Brew Time: 2:30–3:00

Expect vibrant fruit notes, bright acidity, and a clean, expressive finish. Ideal for showcasing the complexity of the anaerobic process.

Espresso

Dose: 18–20g in

Yield: 36–42g out

Time: 26–30 seconds

Produces a syrupy shot with layered fruit sweetness and balanced acidity. Excellent as a straight espresso or with milk for a fruit-forward flat white.

Cold Brew

Ratio: 1:8 (coffee to water)

Time: 14–18 hours

Grind: Coarse
